Joel Dykema

Joel Dykema has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Joel'smost recent position is as a Senior Art Director at Simantel, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to that, Joel worked at Life Fitness as an Art Director from January 2017 to July 2023, where they led design projects across multiple brands and media platforms. Joel also has experience as a Graphic Designer at United Advisors Financial Marketing Organization, where they designed marketing materials for financial advisors. Joel began their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at SurePeople, where they designed web and print collateral and assisted senior designers. Additionally, they served as the Head Coach of Women's Tennis at Robert Morris University, organizing practices and coordinating matches. Joel Dykema completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago between 2009 and 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification from SurePeople in March 2015.
