Mote Chen is the Founder and CEO of FoodTalks, a position held since 2019. Additionally, Mote serves as the Founder and Co-CEO of Simba Events, where contributions include directing the Food & Beverage Innovation Forum 2018 and co-founding both the forum and the organization itself. Mote has a notable background in the food and beverage industry, emphasizing innovation and trends. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Manager and Sales Executive at CDMC, achieving significant revenue milestones, and a brief stint as a Management Trainee at Yum! Brands. Mote Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ludong University, completed in 2011.
