Customer Experience Coach at Simba Sleep

Jonathan Johnson has a wealth of work experience. Jonathan began their career in 1999 working for Starbucks Coffee Company in London, Liverpool, and Glasgow, where they were seconded to stores in London and Glasgow and assisted with a number of new store openings. In 2001, they took a role as a Tickets sales/Call Centre Operator for Ticketmaster. In 2002, they worked as a Merchandising Assistant for The Walt Disney Company. In 2004, they began a 10 year tenure with Soho House & Co, starting as a telephone receptionist, membership assistant, and administrator, and eventually working their way up to management level as the manager of Electric Cinema and Head of Events. In 2017, they returned to Starbucks as a Store Manager in training, and in 2018 they began working for Simba Sleep as a Customer Experience Coach, Supervisor, and Associate.

Jonathan Johnson received their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Acting from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts between 1996 and 1999. Jonathan then went on to receive their Master of Arts - MA in Musical Theatre from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2004.
