Simba is a logistics automation system integrator, providing customers with the most efficient parcel-handling solution and equipment, based on automated picking and conveying to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs. Simba focuses on product development and technological innovation, and has achieved nearly 100+ innovations and patents in China.

Particularly noteworthy are Simba`s innovations and breakthroughs in Crossbelt technology. Its self-developed Crossbelt has been deployed and implemented in 629 sets worldwide till 2021, with a very high market share in the segment.

With the popularization of e-commerce, the types of packages to be handled in sorting centers are becoming increasingly complex and varied. While regular small and medium-sized items can already be well resolved through automated sorting, irregular, large, and heavy items have to be sorted out in advance before entering the process, which greatly reduces the overall efficiency.

SIMBA Multibelt Sorting System launched in 2021 greatly expand the range of cargo types and weights by the idea of “one-parcel-multi-carries”, helping distribution center to achieve the goal of one-stop sorting.

Simba Multibelt is an arrangement of equally spaced carries in a vertical loop. The carries are flexibly assigned according to the size of the goods entering the line, and multiple carries move in concert to transport the goods to the designated position and then feed them smoothly into the chute. It adopts linear motor drive, and infrared signal synchronization methods, and combines the advantages of crossbelt, shoes, wheels, linear, and other mature sorting technologies into one.

we expect the application innovations can be of interest to marketing.
