Michael Chung

Michael Chung has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career at CPA Canada as an Assessment Team Member, where they worked part-time in IT-related tasks. Michael then joined Squirrel Systems as a Technical Support Agent, assisting customers with restaurant POS systems. At Electronic Arts (EA), they served as a Technical Support QA, reviewing quality specifications and testing game flow for FIFA 2020 Beta.

Michael later worked as a Developer, taking on freelance projects and collaborating with clients on technical specifications. Michael also worked at Fire PR as a Web Developer, focusing on WordPress website development and integrating updates to improve SEO and web presence.

In more recent positions, Michael was a Full Stack Developer at Alida, responsible for developing features using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
