SIMBASED is an engineering consulting company specializing in product design and advanced computer simulations. With proven experience in the Automotive industry, Energy and Environment, Electrification, and Consumer products, we provide a competitive advantage for our clients.

Our core business is to provide high-quality engineering services to our clients, in form of product design, advanced simulation, optimization, and technology.

You may only have an idea for a product, or an established product that you would like to improve, SIMBASED is here to take your product to the next step.

Our services ranging from concept design, through simulation and virtual testing, all the way to design for manufacturing and prototyping.

ENGINEERING SIMULATION:
The core of our service is based on engineering knowledge and experiences, backed up by the numerical simulation. With the use of Finite Element Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics and other simulation methods, we are trying to predict the real-world environment.

PRODUCT DESIGN AND ENGINEERING:

With our knowledge of engineering and technology, we are able to take your product from the conceptual design to final production. Using the advanced CAD modeling we will prepare detailed 3D models and technical documentation of parts and assemblies, ready for production. Our extensive experience in manufacturing techniques like forming, casting, injection molding, and composite manufacturing enables us to include a design for manufacturing early in the design process and with that, achieve low product cost and a short time to market.

PRODUCT OPTIMIZATION:

Numerical optimization enables us to use the latest technologies in order to come up with the optimal design, within the given design space. Using real-world constraints, our products are optimized with manufacturing and assembly processes in mind. This results in a lighter, more durable and more robust products.
