Gary Galensky

Gary Galensky is currently the COO at Simbe Robotics. Prior to this, they were the Global Vice President of Contract Manufacturing Operations at Itron from January 2018 to December 2021. There, they were the global leader for contract manufacturing operations, including top-tier EMS partners in China, Thailand, Mexico, Hungary, and Poland. Itron acquired Silver Spring Networks in 2018.

Before their time at Itron, Galensky was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at Silver Spring Networks from January 2009 to December 2018. During their time there, they led cross-functional corporate transformation initiatives in addition to global Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Galensky's career started at PRTM where they were a Principal Management Consultant from January 1997 to December 2009. At PRTM, they conducted dozens of consulting engagements to increase gross margin and drive supply chain excellence. Gary also spent a year in Asia (China, Japan, Singapore) on multiple client projects.

Gary Galensky has an MBA in Operations and Technology from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a BSME in Engineering from The Ohio State University, and an Executive Program for Growing Companies from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Gary Galensky reports to Brad Bogolea, Co-Founder & CEO. and Siamak Mirnezami - Director of Hardware & Manufacturing QA reports to Gary Galensky. They are on a team with Mirza Shah - Co-Founder & CTO, Morgan Denis - Chief of Staff, and David Cortese - Chief Commercial Officer.
