Liang Chen

Liang Chen is a motivated and goal-oriented scientist with an extensive background in Immunology and Molecular Biology. They completed a PhD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on autoimmune diseases and inflammatory bowel disease, and previously earned a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The George Washington University. Liang has over two years of experience as a bioinformatics specialist and has held roles as a Senior Scientist II and Senior Scientist I at AbbVie, where they led drug discovery projects addressing inflammatory diseases. Currently, Liang is the Director at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group, continuing their impactful work in the field.
