Laura McMichael

Laura McMichael has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at SIMCO Electronics since April 2021. In 2022, they also work as an Instructor at Jazzercise, Inc. Prior to these roles, Laura was a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. starting from 2016. Laura also owned Metro Atlanta Community Homes, where they provided expert support in real estate. Before that, Laura worked as an Account Executive at Trescal, Inc. from 2017 to 2021. Laura has also held positions as Director of Business Development/Area Sales at SIMCO Electronics from 2013 to 2016, Strategic Business Development Manager at Tektronix from 2009 to 2013, and Account Manager at Davis Calibration from 2006 to 2009. Laura began their career at General Electric Company in 2003 as an Inside Sales Specialist, where they were responsible for customer retention and growth.

Laura McMichael received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 1999. Laura also obtained a Realtor certification from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate in 2016, specializing in Residential Real Estate. Additionally, they completed a Strategic Selling | Large Account Management Program from Miller Heiman in 2010 and a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma Process Improvement from Six Sigma in 2001. Prior to their university education, they completed their College Preparation Diploma at Norcross High School in 1995. Laura McMichael is also a certified Realtor by the National Association of REALTORS®.
