Ruth Gendro

Ruth Gendro is an experienced professional in quality management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Quality at SIMCO Electronics since November 2021. Ruth has a strong background in managing complex qualification projects across highly regulated industries, including aerospace and medical sectors. Previously, Ruth held multiple roles at Cascade Engineering Services, Inc., including Laboratory Manager and Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and guiding reliability teams. Early experience includes roles in document control and event coordination, complemented by a solid educational foundation with degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Washington, and currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
