Carla Miller, CQA, NRRPT, is a seasoned professional in the field of radiological protection and quality assurance, currently serving as a Level III Analyst in Learning & Development at SIMCO, LLC, since September 2019. With a robust background that includes roles as a Senior Quality Analyst and NQA-1 Lead Auditor at Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC, and extensive experience in radiological controls across various companies including WRPS, Fluor, and Bechtel Corporation, Carla specializes in developing training and qualification programs for the Department of Energy. Carla holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Washington State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law Studies from Central Washington University, and an Associate degree in Radiation Protection/Health Physics Technician from Columbia Basin College. Additionally, Carla's academic achievements include certification in Manufacturing Leadership and a focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
