Cecil Henderson possesses extensive experience in technical training and maintenance within the industrial sector. Currently serving as OJT Technical Training Lead at SIMCO since March 2025, Cecil previously worked at Nuclear Waste Partnership LLC from May 2018 to April 2025 as part of the Surface Maintenance team. Prior experience includes a role as Shop Supervisor at Triple T's Linings from February 2017 to May 2018, and Truck Pusher/Sales Representative at L&E Services from August 2016 to February 2017.
