Denis Asay

Denis Asay is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and employee relations. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President of Performance Improvement and Human Resources Director at SIMCO since February 2023, Denis has also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC since January 2021. Previous positions include Director of Employee Relations at General Plastics Mfg. Co. and HR Director/Manager (Consultant) at Brahma Hunt, where Denis was instrumental in establishing a new HR department. Further experience includes directing human resources for Klondyke Construction LLC and US Silver Corporation, focusing on building HR departments and developing talent pipelines. Denis's career began at Idaho National Laboratory, where multiple roles encompassed recruitment and employee relations.
