Shay Gregory

Shay Gregory is a Cyber Security Analyst at SIMCO, LLC since February 2023 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cavern City Events LLC, an organization focused on large-scale events in Southeastern New Mexico, including the annual Cavern City Renaissance Festival. Prior to these roles, Shay worked as a Geotechnical System Engineer at NUCLEAR WASTE PARTNERSHIP LLC from September 2020 to February 2023, and as a Recruitment Specialist at New Mexico State University, leading student recruitment for the Industrial Engineering department. Additional experience includes serving as an Engineering Technician at the Texas Department of Transportation, a Research Assistant at Aoyama Gakuin University, and a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walmart. Shay holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Systems Engineering from New Mexico State University, earned between 2015 and 2020.
