Brian Kaleida has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. In their current position as Chief Executive Officer at Simcoach Games since 2020, they lead the development of interactive virtual learning solutions. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at StepOne Neurodiversity Services, focusing on autism therapy services.
From 2003 to present, Brian has been involved with Sigma Resources LLC, initially in a role related to strategic accounts. Brian later became a Principal-Investor at Sigma Diversified, focusing on technology-driven companies in the Pittsburgh region. Additionally, they served as the Chief Information Officer for SAE International from 2004 to 2018, overseeing their Information Technology division.
Earlier in their career, Brian held positions at Atlas Software Technologies as the Vice President of Software Development, PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice, Deloitte as a Consultant in the Government and Public Services practice, and IBM as a Software Engineer in the Federal Practice.

Brian Kaleida earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, completing their studies between 1997 and 1999.
