Michael Stroh is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in management, instruction, and safety within the aviation sector. Currently serving as Program Manager and Instructor at SIMCOM Aviation Training since April 2020, Stroh has honed skills in training and evaluation. Stroh's previous roles include Director of Ministry Advancement Team and Director of the Board of Directors for Ethnos360, where the focus was on collaboration and strategic development. Before that, Stroh worked as a mechanic at StarPort Aviation and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the International Association of Mission Aviation. Stroh's aviation journey began as Director of Safety for Ethnos360, overseeing safety management systems and risk analysis, and included significant hands-on experience as a pilot and mechanic in remote regions, particularly in Asia-Pacific.
