William Pamment

William Pamment is the COO and Co-Founder of SimConverse, where they focus on scaling clinical training and enhancing AI-driven communication skills in healthcare education. They previously held positions in education research at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and served as the International Head of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships at Fraser's GAMSAT. As a lecturer in Physics and Psychometric Assessment at Fraser's GAMSAT, they contributed to educational development in various contexts. Pamment earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Healthcare Education from the University of Sydney, expected to conclude in 2024.
