Cess Mojica

Cess Mojica is currently a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at SimCorp, where they lead end-to-end recruitment for the Product Division, Business Services, and Operations across the Philippines and India. Previously, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at OpenText from 2014 to 2022, where they managed the full life cycle of recruiting for critical roles and strategically supported hiring managers. Cess also held a brief position as a Senior Talent Advisor at Oracle in 2022 and worked as a College Professor and Guidance Counselor at Cavite West Point College from 2013 to 2014. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas in 2013.
