Jennifer Seto is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead People Partner for North America at SimCorp since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent four years at HSBC as the AVP and Head of HR Consultancy, where responsibilities included leading a team of HR Consultants, developing HR strategies, and driving diversity initiatives. Jennifer also held various positions at BMO Financial Group from 2004 to 2018, including Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Executive Talent & Resourcing Manager, focusing on change management and executive staffing processes. Early career experiences include HR consulting for the Ontario Public Service. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Queen's University.
