Joshua Hruzik is a Principal Data Engineer at SimCorp since July 2021, responsible for designing and implementing a Lakehouse-based customer and commercial insights platform, as well as creating data pipelines and machine learning models for analytics capabilities. Previously, Joshua served as a Data Scientist at Concardis GmbH, where key contributions included developing business-critical data pipelines and deploying machine learning models for lead routing. Joshua's experience also includes roles as Manager of Lead Management & Analytics at Concardis, Project Manager at PRIME Research, and Research Assistant at the University of Regensburg. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Constitutional, Social, and Economic History from the University of Bonn and additional studies in Economic- and Social History and History & Political Science from the University of Göttingen and the University of Düsseldorf, respectively.
