Julia Gaedicke

Julia Gaedicke is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across various regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Central Europe at SimCorp since January 2020, Julia oversees all people and culture-related topics within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and leads the Business Partner for the EMEA Market Unit. Prior to this role, Julia held senior HR positions at OMV, where responsibilities included steering HR activities across Middle East, Africa, and Northern Europe, and supporting international ventures. Julia's early career included positions at Lufthansa, focusing on people development and internal communications, alongside a role as a consultant to corporate executives. Julia holds a Master's degree in Educational Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin, a diploma in Coaching and Organizational Development from Sigmund Freud Private University, and a teaching degree from Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten.
