Kamil Chodala

Kamil Chodala, MBA, currently serves as the Global Learning and Communication Strategy Partner at SimCorp, where responsibilities include managing the Learning Organization within a SaaS and consulting environment and conducting learning needs analysis. Prior experience includes positions as Training Manager at Fujitsu Global, Military Officer at Wojska Obrony Terytorialnej, and various roles at GB Resources Polska, Grupa NEUCA, Copernicus Toruń Hotel, Recreation Services, ETER, Stringfellows, and Creamfields, focusing on leadership, sales training, customer service, and management. Kamil holds a management degree from the Military University of Land Forces and has studied pedagogy and economics at Nicolaus Copernicus University and Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
