Morten Jensen

Morten Jensen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product ownership and management within leading firms, particularly at SimCorp and Microsoft. Currently serving as Principal Product Owner at SimCorp since February 2019, Morten is focused on modernizing the SimCorp Dimension platform into a cloud-based architecture. Previous roles include Lead Product Owner and Product Manager, where Morten contributed to the transformation of investment management systems and spearheaded numerous cloud initiatives. During a 13-year tenure at Microsoft, Morten was pivotal in advancing Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on extension technologies, upgrade tools, and Azure adoption, alongside delivering key presentations at industry events. Morten's career spans back to the early 1980s, beginning with developer roles at Borland International, followed by impactful positions at Damgaard, Navision, and continuing through various product ownership roles. Morten holds a degree from the University of Copenhagen.
