Per Rex

Per Rex is an experienced procurement professional with a significant background in category management and vendor management across various industries, particularly pharmaceuticals and IT. Currently serving as Associate VP of Group Procurement at SimCorp since April 2020, Per manages a spend of 200 million euros, focusing on global facilities and vendor management. Prior roles include Global Category Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where Per drove substantial savings and transformed procurement processes, and Director of Global Procurement at ALK-Abelló A/S, where Per established a corporate procurement function. Additional experience includes significant positions in logistics and purchasing management across multiple organizations, supported by a strong educational foundation in IT and logistics from Copenhagen Business School and Hillerød Handelsskole.
