Roy Goodman

Roy Goodman currently serves as the Director of Risk Model Engineering at SimCorp, starting January 2024. Prior to this role, Roy spent over four years as Senior Director of Risk Model Engineering at Qontigo, where responsibilities included leading a programming team for equity risk models and developing multi-asset class risk modeling solutions. Roy's extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors includes significant roles at Axioma, Inc., where Roy held various leadership positions, and at Instinet, where Roy advanced from Senior Programmer to Vice President. Roy began a career in technology as an Analyst at Sector7 USA and has also held consulting roles at Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation. Educationally, Roy obtained a BA in Mathematics and Theater from Grinnell College.
