Andrew Basham

Mr. Andrew Basham, an Australian, is the Managing Director of Sime Darby Motors, the Motors' Division of Sime Darby Berhad. He was appointed on 1 February 2018.

Mr. Basham has more than 23 years of extensive experience in management, business development, and operations for leading brands in the automotive industry globally. He started his career in audit and accounting with PriceWaterhouse Australia before moving to distribution/logistics and later assumed senior executive management roles in various automotive companies.

Mr. Basham has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, South Australia, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
