Jay Bruber is a lifelong entrepreneur and the CEO of Persolvent, where they focus on creating adaptive and intuitive software and fostering a positive company culture guided by core values of honesty, integrity, and excellence. With a commitment to social responsibility, Persolvent donates 10% of its profits to support historically disenfranchised communities. Jay served on the Board of Directors for Achieve Services, Inc. from 2015 to 2021 and was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement award from Vistage Minnesota for their contributions as a leader. They also held various positions, including President and Chairman of the Board at Simek's, Inc., from 1985 until 2010. Jay is currently pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing at the University of Minnesota.
