Chengjie Wang

Chengjie Wang is a highly experienced Senior Development Engineer at Simerics, Inc., since September 2015, with prior experience as a Development Engineer. Earlier, Chengjie served as a Product Development Engineer at MSC Software, where significant contributions included implementing parallel computing technology for Nastran and enhancing user interfaces for remote and cloud computing. As a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA, from September 2009 to October 2014, Chengjie focused on designing, developing, and implementing a new computational fluid dynamics (CFD) package targeting fluid-structure interaction problems. Academically, Chengjie holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fudan University.
