Frederick Crosby

Frederick Crosby is a seasoned go-to-market executive and strategic advisor with extensive experience across both enterprise and early-stage start-ups. They have held leadership roles at notable companies, including eBay, PayPal, and Western Union, where they significantly contributed to revenue growth, creating over $1 billion in incremental revenue. Currently, Crosby serves as the CEO and Founder of The Mandala Group and as a Chief Revenue Officer at Trustly, while also advising multiple fintech startups on market entry and business strategies. Frederick holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and is pursuing further education at IESE Business School and the University of California, Berkeley.
