Del Neubauer has extensive work experience in sales and market development within the industrial and municipal sectors. They currently hold the role of Vice President of Sales at SIMFLO since March 2022. Prior to this, Del worked at Xylem Inc. from 2003 to 2022, holding various roles including West Regional Sales Manager, Market Development Manager, and National Sales Manager. Before joining Xylem Inc., Del worked at ITT from 1996 to 2003, serving as National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager.
Del Neubauer attended West Texas A&M University from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Management.
