Michelle Purdy

Michelle Purdy, SPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources management. Michelle served as the Human Resources Director at SIMFLO since January 2022, where they oversee and manages HR strategies, employee relations, staffing needs, and compliance. From July 2018 to January 2022, Michelle worked as the Human Resources Manager at SIMFLO, where they implemented and evaluated HR policies, procedures, and programs. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Venetian Marble Kitchen & Bath from July 2015 to March 2018, where they managed HR tasks and objectives, including hiring, payroll administration, benefits administration, and injury investigations.

Michelle Purdy, SPHR, SHRM-CP received their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media & Communications from Texas Tech University in 2011-2015. Michelle has obtained additional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2022, Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association (APA) in 2021, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2021.
