Andrew Caetta has held various positions in the customer service and procurement fields. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Customer Success for Simfoni. In this role, they are responsible for developing and sustaining high-level collaborations/interactions with internal customers, as well as leading and managing all aspects of key accounts development and growth. From 2012 to 2021, they worked for EC Sourcing Group, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. In these roles, they managed all aspects of key accounts development and growth, performed strategic execution and management of the implementation process, and served as the day to day contact for clients. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Sourcing Analyst for AXA Equitable, where they identified and sourced new suppliers and negotiated and finalized contracts. Andrew began their career at EC Sourcing Group, Inc. in 2010 as a Procurement/Sourcing Analyst.
Andrew Caetta obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Business Management from Towson University between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Madison High School from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from SSC Square in June 2014.
