SIMFUN is a student-led organization at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Niš, founded in 2025 during a period of growing student initiative and engagement. It was created with a clear purpose: to build a more inclusive and representative environment for all students at the faculty.

With an increasingly diverse and international student group, SIMFUN aims to bridge gaps in representation and create meaningful opportunities for participation, collaboration, and connection. It serves as a platform for students to exchange ideas, access support, and actively shape their academic and social experience.

Through workshops, academic events, and student-led initiatives, SIMFUN promotes research, encourages collaboration, and celebrates cultural diversity within the faculty community.

Built on the principles of transparency, equality, and collective responsibility, SIMFUN operates as a democratic body led by its members — ensuring that every voice is heard and every idea has value.
