Shay Macover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and analytics. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Operations at Similarweb since February 2024, Shay previously held the position of AVP of Field Growth. Shay has significant experience in the e-commerce sector, having been the Head of Analytics at Fortunet from September 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Shay spent eight years at McKinsey & Company, culminating as Head of Professional Development and Staffing. Shay's earlier career includes roles in journalism, such as Editor at Channel 10 News and various positions at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, as well as news production roles at Walla!, Galey Zahal, and Channel 10 News. Shay holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2010.
