Keli Bjarnason

Keli Bjarnason is a design professional with extensive experience in leadership and product design across various industries. Currently serving as Design Director at Síminn since August 2023, Keli previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Hugsmiðjan from January 2019 to August 2023, contributing to significant clients such as the City of Reykjavik and Íslandsbanki. Keli's expertise includes developing large Design Language Systems, demonstrated through work with Arion Banki, where Keli designed their design system that enhanced customer experience. Keli has also co-founded Atmin, which focused on automated KYC and compliance solutions, and has had roles at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and other prominent agencies. Keli holds a Bachelor of Applied Design in Digital Media Design from Billy Blue College and has pursued additional education in interactive design and prototyping.
