Jason Ceresoli has worked for various companies since 2012. Jason began their career at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they held multiple roles such as Facilities Management Services Ground Crew, Developmental Office Student Caller, Facilities Management Services Special Event Crew, and New Student Orientation Assistant. In 2016, they worked as a Process Modeling Member, modeling a Department of Defense Print Facility using Simio software and conducting experiments to identify the largest areas for improvement. In 2018, they worked as a Staff Scheduling Simulationist at Rochester General Hospital. Since 2019, they have been working at Simio LLC in the roles of Project Engineer and Application Engineer. Jason also worked at Collins Aerospace from 2013 to 2018 as a Global Asset Managment Co-Op, where they developed and managed an exchange loan recovery (ELR) process and implemented continuous improvement efforts.

Jason Ceresoli attended Chittenango High School from 2007 to 2011, graduating with a Regents Diploma with Honors. Jason then attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Jason then returned to Rochester Institute of Technology in 2016 and graduated in 2019 with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering. In 2017, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Rochester Institute of Technology.
