Ryan Welch Luttrell

Ryan Welch Luttrell has been in the workforce since 2011. Ryan began their career at Yum! Brands as an Operations Intelligence Engineer and an Operations Engineer. Ryan'srole as an Operations Intelligence Engineer involved utilizing operational data metrics from customer surveys and in-restaurant monitoring systems to provide insights into operational opportunities. Ryan also developed data visualizations and dashboards to make data insights and correlations more accessible to field operators and cross-functional peers. As an Operations Engineer, they were responsible for improving the operational processes in the kitchens of the iconic American brand KFC. Ryan used tools such as simulation to provide the restaurants with an optimal operation plan to improve customer service, and they supported the development and implementation of new menu items. In 2018, Ryan began working at Panera Bread as a Process Improvement Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Simio LLC as a Solutions Engineer.

Ryan Welch Luttrell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville in 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university in 2015.
