Ahmet Ejder

Ahmet Ejder is a highly experienced operations manager with a strong background in retail management, having worked at Simit Sarayı since February 2012 as Türkiye Franchise Senior Operations Manager and previously as Operations Manager and Operations Area Manager, focusing on store development and operational excellence. Prior to Simit Sarayı, Ahmet Ejder held roles such as Retail Sales Manager at Pereja Cosmetics, Retail Area Manager at Gülaylar Altın ve Kuyumculuk Mağazaları, Franchise and Retail Stores Manager at Yalçınlar Fotoğraf ve Elektronik, and Franchise Operations Inspector at Dia Sa Dia Sabancı Süpermarketleri. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geology Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a high school diploma in Mathematics from Akasya College, completed in 1992.
