Debra Grott

Debra Grott is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical compliance, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance. As Vice President of Clinical Compliance at SimiTree since November 2021, Debra has previously held key positions including Director of Compliance, Regulatory and Quality, and Senior Manager of Compliance. Prior experience includes roles at Comprehensive Home Care, where Debra served as Director of Billing and QA and VP of Clinical Operations, as well as positions at Millenium Home Health Care as Corporate Director of Clinical Services and Executive Director. Debra's career began at Home Health Corporation of America, where roles included Director of Office Operations and PI Manager. Debra holds an Associate’s degree in Registered Nursing from Delaware Technical Community College, earned between 1997 and 2000.
