Kevin Sinclair

Kevin Sinclair is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior management roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Finance and Controller at SimiTree since July 2021, Kevin has previously held positions as an Accounting Consultant at PPD and MMIT, and as Vice President of Finance at Solvere Living, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting, treasury functions, and budgeting while facilitating rapid growth. Additional experience includes roles as Finance Manager at IMS Health and Director of Finance at Heritage of Green Hills, overseeing finance operations and staff. Kevin holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University.
