Melissa Gordon, RN, BSN, MBA, currently serves as a Director and previously held the title of Senior Manager at SimiTree since May 2021, focusing on enhancing performance and revenue in post-acute organizations through a range of consulting and operational services. Prior to SimiTree, Melissa worked at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. as Executive Director of Clinical Optimization for Home Health and Hospice and held various leadership roles in the home health sector, including at Qualidigm, where Melissa contributed to innovative healthcare solutions. Earlier experience includes managing care transitions and continuous care management at The Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut, as well as roles at Anthem in account management and healthcare consulting. Melissa holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
