Tiffany Fuller

Tiffany Fuller serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at SimiTree, a company dedicated to enhancing performance and revenue potential for post-acute organizations through a range of outsourced services and consulting solutions. Since March 2012, Tiffany has also held the positions of Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer at Home Health Solutions, LLC, where accomplishments include building a high-performing clinical review team, driving significant profit margin growth annually, and leading the company to be recognized as one of America's fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years.
