We advise start-up and early-stage food and beverage companies in relation to:

Does your brand and design match your product ambitions? What story should you tell and where should you do it? Is it the story that consumers want to hear and does it generate sales off-line and online?

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Does your product taste great? Can it get better? Are you sourcing the right ingredients, from the right supplier at the right price? Can you optimize your production with better quality and price without compromising on taste?

MANAGEMENT, HR AND DAILY OPERATIONS
How do you motivate your colleagues? Do you attract the right talents? How do you manage your colleagues and do they do what they do best? Do you actively use your board of directors and owners for development and growth?

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Do you have control over liquidity, financing, bookkeeping? What systems do you use? Do you have insurance and trademarks in place? Is your bank with you on the growth journey?
