Ben Marshall

Ben Marshall has accumulated diverse experience in customer service and content creation across various roles. At Virgin Voyages, Ben served as a Customer Service Assistant during the launch of The Scarlett Lady, providing check-in services for passengers and press. Subsequently, Ben worked at Tesco as a Shop Assistant, managing stock and addressing customer inquiries, before taking on seasonal roles as a Customer Service Agent at Eurotunnel. Currently, Ben is employed as a Bartender at Simmons Bars, ensuring high standards of service, and serves as a Social Media Student Content Creator at City, University of London, creating engaging video content for multiple platforms. Ben holds GCSEs from Dover Grammar School for Boys and is pursuing A Levels at Dover Grammar School for Girls, along with a Business Management with Marketing degree at Bayes Business School.
