Maddy Gardner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with First Class honors from Durham University in 2012. They began their career at KPMG UK as an Associate in 2011 before progressing to Deloitte, where they served as a Manager from 2012 to 2016. Maddy then worked at Rocco Forte Hotels as a Group Financial Accountant from 2016 to 2019, followed by various roles at Soho House & Co, including Group Head of FP&A and Strategic Planning from 2021 to 2022 and Group Strategy Director from 2023 to 2025. They currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Simmons Bars, a position they have held since 2025.
