Max Walther

Max Walther, M.A. is a bilingual communications strategist currently serving as the Director of Communications for the City of San Diego. With a strong background in public engagement, media relations, and crisis response, Max has strategically led initiatives in government, public health, and international sectors. Max holds a Master of Arts in Political Communication & Public and Media Relations from Johns Hopkins University and has previously worked as a Consular Officer at the Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego and as a Senior Bilingual Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Banner Health. Currently, Max is also a Board Member at SIMNSA.
