Inês Sá is a Project Quality Coordinator at Simoldes Plastics, working with the VW group since February 2023, specializing in quality tools preparation and analysis, technical drawing standards, laboratory testing, and supplier quality validation. Inês holds a Master’s degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Universidade do Minho, where a thesis focused on solid state fermentation of cereal grains was completed. Additional experience includes a trainee position at Colab4Food and involvement in the sports department of Núcleo de Estudos de Engenharia Biológica, organizing health and leisure events. Inês also participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Ostrava.
