Rosa Silva has extensive experience in project assistance and quality control, currently serving as Assistente de Projetos and Costing Quality Expert at Simoldes Plastics since October 2016. Prior to this role, Rosa Silva worked at Plastaze – Plásticos de Azeméis, S.A. as Operadora de Máquina from November 2014 to September 2016, and completed an internship at the Câmara Municipal de Oliveira de Azeméis, focusing on social action and professional integration from July to September 2014. Earlier involvement includes contributing to the Núcleo de Estudantes de Sociologia da Associação Académica de Coimbra as a collaborator in information and communication from May 2013 to May 2014. Rosa Silva holds a Master's degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos e Comportamento Organizacional from Instituto Superior Miguel Torga and a Bachelor's degree in Sociologia from the Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra.
