Kyle Sterl has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kyle started their career as a Field Marketing representative at Ever Better Eating, Inc from May 2010 to March 2012. Kyle then ventured into self-employment as a Horse Trainer, where they expertly guided and trained horses, collaborated with owners, and expanded their business from January 2008 to December 2012.

In 2012, Kyle joined People's United Bank as a Consumer Loan Underwriter. Here, they evaluated and made claim decisions on consumer loans while ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal parameters. Kyle provided excellent customer service and problem resolution until January 2014.

Moving forward, Kyle worked at Amica Mutual Insurance, first as a Claims Adjuster managing Bodily Injury and Homeowners claims from January 2014 to August 2014. Kyle then went through the Future Leaders Program from January 2014 to March 2014.

Starting from August 2014, Kyle joined Unum as a Senior Disability Benefit Specialist. Kyle managed disability claims for National Client Group level accounts, maintained a high claim block, and made timely and accurate decisions. In April 2018, they transitioned to the role of Product Specialist at Unum, where they oversaw ancillary benefits, managed business partner relationships, and handled the RFP during renewal processes.

Kyle's next role was as a Customer Success Manager at PhotoShelter / Libris from December 2018 to December 2019. Kyle managed a client book of over 200 clients, created customized onboarding and training plans, and drove revenue growth through upselling and upgrading.

From December 2019 to June 2021, Kyle worked as a Customer Success Manager and Team Lead for the Fashion Vertical at Yotpo. Kyle served as a strategic consultant to over 90 global e-commerce brands, managing the entire lifecycle of their clients and leading a team.

Currently, Kyle is employed at Simon Data, where they started in August 2021 as a Strategic Account Manager. In this role, they led and grew a portfolio of Simon Data's largest and most sophisticated client accounts. Kyle devised in-depth account strategies, collaborated with stakeholders, and drove the execution and delivery against the strategies. Kyle recently transitioned to the position of Team Lead, Strategic Accounts in March 2023.

Kyle Sterl pursued their education with a focus on business, management, marketing, and related support services. Kyle completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at High Point University from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they attended Keene State College from 2012 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in the same field of study. In addition to their degrees, Kyle Sterl obtained certifications from LOMA. Kyle acquired the ALMI certification in June 2017 and the ACS certification in March 2016.
