Louis Zuckerman

Louis Zuckerman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Louis currently holds the position of Senior Staff Software Engineer - Office of the CTO at Simon Data since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Staff Software Engineer - Reporting & API Products at Simon Data from December 2019 to November 2021. In this role, they founded and led the Reporting and Public APIs product team and played a crucial role in developing the in-app reporting platform. Louis also served as a Staff Software Engineer at Simon Data from August 2019 to December 2019, where they contributed to various areas of the Simon Data platform and mentored other engineers.

Before joining Simon Data, Louis worked at Picture Marketing, Inc. from October 2009 to November 2018. Louis held the roles of Principal Engineer & Architect and Engineer / Lead Engineer during their tenure. Additionally, Louis has contributed to the Gluster Community as a Board Member & Open-source Contributor from January 2011 to January 2016.

Louis began their career at StillSecure ProtectPoint Security Operations Center, where they worked as a Network Security Analyst Supervisor / Support Engineer from July 2008 to September 2009, and as a Network Security Analyst from November 2007 to June 2008.

Louis Zuckerman's education history begins in 2001, when they attended Florida International University. Louis studied Computer Science at this institution until 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, Louis pursued a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Florida, focusing on Philosophy and Computer Science as their field of study.
